Cotillion Banquets

The WordPress site had served Cotillion well. It just needed a refresh. Dated in places, and not built for search the way a venue in a competitive market needs to be.
I rebuilt it on Astro. Static pages, no plugins, no database. I built the SEO in rather than bolting it on at the end: venue and local business schema, clean page titles and descriptions, a sitemap Google can actually read. Before the switch I mapped every page Google had already indexed to its new address, so the old links land on the right pages instead of dead ends.
I pulled menus and floor plans from the venue's current materials, so what a couple reads online matches what they get in the room.
