Local SEO
When someone nearby searches for what you do, do you show up? If not, what's actually in the way? Your website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your competitors' head start, or something else?
The product is called Local Market Foundation. Two engagement tiers built around the same approach: real data on what's actually in the way, then build what needs building.
Why this is different from how SEO usually works
When the work calls for a landing page, a schema block, a booking flow integrated, or a website rebuilt, I build it. Most SEO agencies can't. They hand you a PDF and refer you out.
That's why most SEO engagements stall after the report lands. The report says do these things, and there's no one to do them.
Solo Operator Edition
Three weeks. Starts at $1,500.For single-location businesses with one owner, one phone number, and one straightforward service or product. Most local businesses fit here.
The engagement: a focused audit of your Google Business Profile, website, reviews, and three closest competitors. The high-impact fixes get implemented. You leave with a 90-day plan you can run yourself.
Two pricing options depending on what your site needs.
Audit and Fixes.
Starts at $1,500.
The audit, Google Business Profile cleanup, and targeted fixes on your existing site. Right when your current site is in reasonable shape.
Audit and Rebuild.
Starts at $3,000.
Everything above, plus a new modern website built on React and deployed to Vercel. Code and hosting transferred to you at the end. Right when your current site is the thing holding you back.
A free 30-minute intake call tells you which option fits.
Full Local Market Foundation
Ten weeks. Starts at $2,500.For businesses with multiple locations, multiple service lines, existing systems to integrate with, or competitive markets where the foundation has to be deeper.
The engagement is structured across seven focus areas: Google Business Profile, reviews and posts, profile completion, your website, outside signals (citations and backlinks), content opportunities, and ongoing tracking. Live research against your actual business and your actual competitors. Every recommendation is ranked by impact and color-coded by urgency.
Three pricing options depending on how much you want to hand off.
Audit and Roadmap.
Starts at $2,500.
The full ten-week audit, written reports at every phase, and a prioritized action plan. You or your team execute on your own timeline. Right when you have someone in-house who can follow a roadmap.
Audit and Implementation.
Starts at $4,500.
Everything above, plus I execute. Google Business Profile updates, website fixes, schema, citations, content updates, and any custom build the audit calls for. You review and approve. I do the work.
Ongoing Advisory.
Starts at $250 per month.
After the initial engagement, I stay on as your advisor. Dashboard access, automated performance monitoring, a quarterly review of rankings and competitors, and standing availability for questions. I don't post content for you. When ongoing content or review response is needed, I refer you to a partner who handles that work.
The dashboard
Both engagements include a client dashboard that organizes the work and the reports in one place. The audit, the priority list, the schedule, the reports, what's been done, what's next. You don't wait on a monthly PDF to know where things stand. You log in.
Reviews
Reviews are the single biggest factor in whether a local business shows up in Google's map results, and they directly affect whether a visitor becomes a customer. Both engagements include a review audit (where you stand against competitors), a request script that fits how you actually talk to customers, response templates for positive and negative reviews, and a posting rhythm you can keep up.
When I'm not the right fit
I'm not a national SEO agency. I'm not running paid Google Ads campaigns inside these engagements (I can do that separately). And I'm not promising rankings on specific keywords. Anyone who promises that is either lying or about to be.
How the intake works
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation. Before the call, I review your Google Business Profile, your website, and your top three competitors so the conversation is specific to your business. On the call, you describe your goals. I tell you honestly what I think will move the needle and what it will take. If it makes sense to move forward, you get a firm quote and a proposed start date within 48 hours.
